The Immersion Heater is a direct-contact electric heating solution designed for heating liquids and process fluids inside tanks, vessels, and other industrial equipment. The heating element is installed through a threaded connection, allowing the heated portion to be immersed directly into the medium. Direct immersion provides efficient transfer of electrical heat to the surrounding liquid and is widely used for water heating, oil heating, chemical processing, food processing, laboratory applications, and other industrial processes. The heater is available in multiple wattage configurations from 500W to 12000W, with stainless steel, mild steel, and Incoloy material options. Different thread sizes, lengths, and washer materials are available to accommodate specific tank and installation requirements. Industrial immersion heaters are commonly used for process water, oils, heat-transfer fluids, and compatible chemical solutions.
